Our Olives are not salty or briny an without any chemical after taste, they are fresh and meaty like a plump fruit, once you start eating one you can’t stop. Great vegan healthy snack alternative and Olives are so good for your health

Most of our Olives come from small family company in Andalusia Spain, and Sicily that make their Olives in small batches and are natural brine-cured. They are carefully selected and shipped to us. Then we work our magic and prepare a delicious marinade for you to enjoy!

Ingredients: Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice, Apple Cider Vinegar, garlic, rosemary, cilantro and sea salt.

Brine-curing vs Lye curing: Fully ripened, dark purple or black olives are gradually fermented in brine (i.e. salt water). This takes about 9 months to a year, but the flavor and texture are often sweet and meaty full of depth, since the brine acts to intensify the fruit's natural flavors.

Lye-curing: Large commercial olive producers make use of this time- and cost-effective method. The process immerses raw olives in vats of alkaline lye solution. Unfortunately, the fast-acting lye is also detrimental to the olive's flavor, leaving behind a bit of a chemical aftertaste and a sad, bland olive and a chewy texture.
