PAELLAS
Our paellas are all made with Spanish Bomba rice, Organic free range chicken, sustainable sourced seafood, authentic Spanish saffron, Spanish extra virgin olive oil and fresh local vegetables. All paellas are served with Mixed Greens Salad, and our signature Aioli Sauce. Salad is included with a minimum of 20 guests.

This is the mother of all paellas, the original dish from Valencia Spain. Made with Chicken, Rabbit, a blend of seasonal vegetables all cooked in a aromatic saffron broth

A simple and delicious mix of free range organic chicken, vegetables, and Bilbao a handcrafted chorizo from Spain.

Squid, Lobster, clams insfused in saffron broth
