Turkey Chili with Yellow Mojo


This easy and insanely delicious Turkey Chili will become your new favorite fall recipe! The palate warming heat of the aji amarillo chili with the finishing touch of the coconut milk gives it a creamy warm texture that is perfect to warm your up this fall.

Serves 6

2 lbs of organic ground turkey

1/2 jar of Yellow Mojo

1 onion small diced

1 teaspoon of turmeric

1 teaspoon of cumin

1 tablespoon of tomato paste

1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of black pepper

1 1/2 cups of cooked garbanzo beans

1 can of coconut milk

1 bay leaf

4 cups of veggie or chicken stock

2 cups of spinach

teaspoon of brown sugar (optional)


In a large heavy stock add olive oil and onion, cook for about 4 min.

Add the tomato paste and mix well

Add the Turkey, salt and black pepper and cumin, cook for 5 min

Add Yellow Mojo and turmeric, mix well

Add Stock and let it simmer for 15 min

Add the garbanzo beans, coconut milk and spinach cook for another 5 min.

Serve with white rice or Quinoa
