Sauteed Mushrooms with Rosemary Lemon Sauce


If you want to impress your guests this is the perfect decadent mushroom side dish or main dish to make. The Leeks in the White Mojo with the Rosemary and Lemon are just divine

Serves 4


10 oz of Shiitake Mushrooms sliced

8 oz of Cremini Mushrooms sliced

2-3 tablespoons of White Mojo (Leek and Garlic Paste)

Juice of 1 lemon

1 sprig of rosemary

1/4 cup of water or a dry white Wine like Chardonney

Salt and pepper to taste


Heat a skillet at medium-high heat, add 3 tablespoons of Olive oil and saute the mushrooms for about 5-7 min until nice and brown

Add the White Mojo and mix well for about 2 min

Add 1/4 cup of water or white wine, shake the pan cook for 4-5 min and you will the sauce coming together

Add the fresh lemon juice and throw a sprig of Rosemary

Season with salt and pepper.
