A New Way To Cook
Mojos are a cooking paste or "sofrito" that can be used to cook, marinate and as a finishing sauce to add depth and flavor to your cooking. Inspired by the flavors of Spain, Chef Adriana created these pastes to spark your creativity and save you time in the kitchen. Use them in soups, stews, as a sauce starter, to toss on veggies, and pastas. They can also be used to top hummus, make a delicious guacamole, or out of the jar as a dip with veggies or chips. Let our cooking pastes be your “secret ingredient” that will take your cooking to the next level.
We believe that when you cook a dish you are proud of you will want to share it, set a table, and connect with each other.
They are handcrafted in small batches locally made in San Marcos, California. Made with fresh local ingredients with no preservatives or emulsifiers. Our Mojos are gluten free, vegan and paleo friendly. We hope they become your paint brushes to create delicious meals for you and your loved ones.
