Cuban Mojo Chicken


This is a delicious weeknight meal that your family will love! The White Mojo packs all the flavor you need making it super easy and quick to whip up!

Serves 4-6


2 Pounds of boneless Chicken Thighs

1/2 Jar of White Mojo or about 3 tablespoons

Juice of 3 Oranges

Juice of 2 Limes

1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar

1/4 cup of Olive Oil

2 teaspoon of sea salt or Kosher salt

1/4 teaspoon of pepper

Cilantro and Lime wedges for garnish (optional)


In a bowl add fresh squeezed orange and lime juice, it should yield about 1 to 1 1/4 cups. Add the White Mojo, Olive oil, the salt, apple cider vinegar and whisk all together well.

Add your chicken and marinate overnight or for at least 4-6 hrs. Once marinated discard marinade.

Grill chicken for about 7 min on each side until it is fully cooked. You can also Bake it at 400F for 30 min and then broil it for about 5-10 min to get a nice crisp on it.

Garnish with Limes and Cilantro
