Crispy Spinach Patties

Serves 4


  • 3 cups of chopped spinach

  • 4 tablespoons of White Mojo

  • 2 tablespoons of nutritional yeast

  • 2 tablespoons of chia seed

  • 2 tablespoons of flaxseed meal

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1/2 cup of seasoned breadcrumbs (Use two eggs if not vegan)


  • In a bowl mix add White Mojo, chia seeds, flaxseeds, a tablespoon of water and mix. Add the rest of the ingredients

  • Form patties

  • Toss with breadcrumbs

  • Pan fry until golden brown
