Broiled Salmon with Citrus Soy Sauce

Serves 6


  • 12-16 Oz Salmon Fillet

  • 1/4 cup of Olive Oil

  • 1/4 cup of Soy Sauce

  • 3-4 Tablespoons of Lime Juice (2-3 Limes)Can also use Lemons

  • 1 sprig of fresh Rosemary chopped small

  • 2 tablespoons of fresh grated ginger root

  • 1 tablespoon of honey or agave


  • Preheat oven at 400F

  • Take a measuring cup and mix all ingredients together like a marinade. Place salmon in an oven safe container and pour marinade over salmon and leave it for about 45 min. Not overnight because limes will cook the salmon.

  • Place in the oven at 400F for 12 minutes then take the salmon out, preheat broiler then put salmon back in for 5-6 minutes. Salmon should be opaque all the way thru, but soft and buttery, don't over cook it otherwise it will be dry

  • Serve with broccoli and rice
